A locally owned construction company based in Honolulu and Lihue is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 30 years of experience they focus on commercial and residential projects from Multi-family, Hospitality to Residential and LEED. They have worked on several ground up projects across the islands including Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. They have established themselves as a statewide general contractor with many projects to come.Why join us?This role will be working directly with senior and executive management who have been in the industry for several years. Qualifications:
5
years of experience in commercial construction Experience with ground up and tenant improvement projects Experience with residential and industrial projects is a bonus!
