Newly opened plaintiffs personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced and flexible person who has experience working with Hawaii state courts and procedures.
Must have ability to request medical records, efile court documents and communicate with insurance companies and clients.

Duties:
- Assist in document drafting and case preparation - Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems - Communicate with clients, defense counsels and insurance companies - Coordinate doctors appointments, depositions, and document signing with clients - File legal documents with the court and other relevant agencies - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of case information - Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case details - Provide general legal administrative support as needed - Demonstrate professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all communications
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Proficiency in legal drafting, document management systems, proofreading, and data entry - Prior experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
