Ecommerce Specialist Position
Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing support and service to our Ecommerce customers.
You will strive to provide an exceptional experience during every ecommerce customer interaction and create lifelong fans of our family of brands, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging customers to revisit and shop our websites for all of their home furnishing needs.
You will provide excellent customer support through responding to online inquiries, chats, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner and assist with maintaining a warm, friendly and personalized ecommerce customer journey with a service focused attitude.
In addition, you will manage Ecommerce orders, ensuring online customers receive an easy, seamless experience by providing status updates and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
Accurately completes online sales invoices, change requests, and sales related forms in POS system.
Updates online customers on arrival dates, purchase orders and merchandise back orders.
Ensures that online sales orders are properly scheduled, payment is received and/or financing is accounted for.
Finalizes online sales transactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to handle deadline pressures.
Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.
Experience with POS systems and data entry.
Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
Ability to use good judgment in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company's credibility, operations, and services.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time.
Moving throughout the office and retail space occasionally.
Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times.
