o Monitor distributed computing stacks and rapidly respond to alerts that occur.o Our core company platform provides the foundation for our projects.o Custom applications built on top of our core company platform.o Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, Hadoop, and Spark for distributed data storage and parallel computing.o Java and Groovy for our back-end applications and data integration tools.o Typescript, React/Redux for our web technologies.o Python for data processing and analysis.o Commercial standard cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Azure.o CentOS/Red Hat Linux as the basis for all our on premise serversRequirements:
o Experience with Gothamo Experience with Gaiao Experience with Targetingo Experience with Joint Fires or Fireso Maritime or Air Ops Experienceo Ability to troubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team and Network Operations Center
Qualifications:
o Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics.o Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.o Understanding of how technical decisions impact the user of what youre building.o Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.o Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.o Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.o Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.o Willingness and interest to travel as needed.o (As required by U.SGovernment contract) U.Scitizenshipo Current possession and ongoing maintenance of TS security clearance that has been adjudicated within the past five yearsWe invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packagesThis position is offering a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by lawBenefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by lawEOE/F/M/D/V Recommended Skills Apache Hadoop Apache Spark Backend C+
