8 Honolulu, HI Honolulu, HI Full-time Full-time From $18 an hour From $18 an hour The Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with receiving, storage, and distributing all the items received from suppliers and Production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive incoming dry supplies and ingredients Ensure that incoming products are accurate and acceptable for use Ensure that both incoming (receiving) and outgoing paperwork are filled out completely and accurately Maintains all equipment in a safe and effective manner Assist in taking reoccurring inventory of both supplies and finished goods Provided quality service by following organization standards Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Report any safety or mechanical issues to the Supervisor or Manager Assist in tracking inventory and lot number (FEFO) for all supplies and finished goods Assist with milling rice Other duties as assigned OTHER DUTIES - FORKLIFT Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles Moving pallet-packed materials around the site or storage facility Checking all loads are secure Performing equipment checks and basic forklift maintenance including troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and performing pre- and post-check inspections Maintain material handling equipment Following written instructions and keeping accurate records Adhering to factory health and safety regulations Completing physical tasks quickly and accurately QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, GED or equivalent 1 year of previous working experience Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Excellent attendance record Organized and detailed oriented Able to stand for extended periods of time Work cleanly and efficiently Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing Speaks and understands English conversation Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships Team Player Comfortable using electronic equipment (scan gun) and inventory software WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE Must be able to provide supporting documentation to verify employment authorization for work in the United States.
