Responsibilities:
The candidate duties will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
o Provide support for collaborative services and tools including implementation and maintenanceThis includes portal services, collaborative tools, information system solutions, web applications, and IT concepts principles and practiceso Provide technical training supporting KM policy and strategy that falls under the umbrella of people, processes, organizations, and toolso Implements KM initiatives and provides a framework to ensure the capture, harnessing and exploitation of intellectual capitalo Responsible for assisting with governance creation and distributiono Analyze and design SharePoint formso Coordinate KM activities supporting USARPAC boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups (B2C2WG) structureBasic Required Skills:
o Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field of study o At start date, must possess current IAT Level I CertificationOne or more of the following certifications in ACTIVE status are acceptableo CCNA-Security o CND o Network
CE o SSCP o 5- 8 years of experience serving as a Knowledge Manager or functioning in a KM role or commensurate experienceo Knowledge of SharePoint platforms/systemso SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint onlineo Using SharePoint's built-in features and extending those features using client-side technologieso Development, modification, and maintenance of SharePoint solutionso Designing, developing, and managing site contento Version control systems, e.gGit, TFSo Working in a collaborative Agile team environmento Creation of custom templates, web parts, and custom workflowso Strong general web development skills:
