Timekeeping Specialist - Honolulu, HI
Basic Requirements:
Can speak Ilocano and/or FilipinoWork experience is not required as long as you can speak the languages, loves to talk to people, and is okay with training older peopleHands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and Word, and Apple applications like Numbers and KeynoteWith a vehicle for easier mobility as the Timekeeping Specialist will visit different job sites (gas and parking allowances will be provided)Competencies:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also a team player.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members to accomplish common goals.
Ability to execute specific action plans.

Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency.
Time management:
prioritizes tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines, and streamlines processes to maximize productivity.
Narrative of Duties Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to the following (Other duties may be assigned when needed):
Assists in the training of employees on timekeeping standards and protocols.
Facilitates new hire orientation on job cards, safety training, dress codes, expectations, and core values.
Assists employees with Stratex/Scale fusion - tablet setups and updates.
Conducts monthly safety training to ensure job card compliance and quality standards are upheld.
Ensures that all employees are properly recording their hours.
Reviews all weekly Timekeeping reports.
Attends and participates in weekly meetings.
Track all training activities and submit daily reports to the Payroll Administrator.
Assists employees in filling out work schedules, timekeeping missed punches/meal breaks, and company policy forms.
Creates Compliance safety training inspection reports in the Servi-Trak.
Ensures Servi-Tek janitorial rooms have all legal posters.
