Position Title:
Follow-up Specialist / Acquisitions Associate $4,000/month Base
Commission
Bonuses We offer a competitive compensation structure, starting at 48k with growth up to 200k, potential compensation increase during the 2nd and 3rd year.

years of phone or call center experience (sales environment is preferred) Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint High School diploma Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed Act as a lead contact for sellers Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position Attend business meetings and trainings as required Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Position Requirements and Skills:
Must have 2 years of sales experience (with a proven track record) Must be ambitious!
