Program Analyst (Medical Management)

Gathers high-level business needs and develops detailed requirements.
Manages design and conducts implementation of programs related to UM programs/benefit to include but not limited to:
Works collaboratively with management and implementation teams to assure program design and content is delivered on time and within budget.
Ensures that all program team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
Monitor and take appropriate action to ensure various task and system-related deliverables are accomplished in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify and actively resolve issues that hinder program efficiencies.
Conduct program/project review and closure at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
Monitors program milestones, critical dates, scopes, and quality to identify potential risks.
Activities may include regular face-to-face interactions with providers to ensure program effectiveness.
Ensure changes to program components are analyzed, fully communicated to impacted parties, and implemented in a timely manner.
Ensure necessary system process changes are managed through established change control and quality assurance workflows.
Keeps management aware of the situation.
Analyzes program performance and issue resolutions for opportunities to increase program efficiency and success.
Activities may require regular face-to-face interactions with providers to ensure program effectiveness.
Initiates on-going activities to improve program processes, such as:
Automate unnecessary manual processes.
Streamline and/or re-structure workflows.
Maintain and/or update program documentation.
Outline opportunities in program advancements.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Oversight of design and implementation to production.
Creates and fosters working relationships with internal and external parties that facilitate program success.
Acts as a trusted advisor/subject matter expert and provides in-person guidance to providers on program parameters and capabilities.
Responsible for serving as Program lead and/or co-lead of program sub-committees.
Effectively conduct meetings and discussions to achieve consensus and to identify actionable tasks.
Achieve service commitments from core and support functional areas.
Prioritize, track, and manage program deliverables.
Ensure program documentation and reporting are complete and meets compliance requirements.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations, as appropriate, for leadership staff, and other internal or external audiences (including off-site visits) as needed on but not limited to project status & program financial/quality outcomes.
Applies project management principles to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.
Scope management for requirements baseline, changes, and conflicts.
Issues, risk, change management.
Schedule including delivery and maintenance of project plans.
Costs/budget management.
Coaches or mentors staff managing projects as appropriate.
Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
