BENEFITS ANALYST MANAGERProService is hiring a Benefits Analyst Manag er to lead the benefit analyst team in mastering our benefit systems, reconciliation, audits and complex client consultation functions.
As the leader of this team you will ensure service standards are kept, KPIs are managed and goals are achieved.
This role is key to the success of onboarding clients, renewing business, and long term client and employee retention.
Alongside several teams across the company including implementation, payroll, and account management this role will deliver the best local service to our clients and drive efficiency for our internal teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAMA minimum of 10 years experience in benefits administration with experience supporting large volume of 2500
employeesA deep understanding of healthcare, supplemental, retirement and flex law regulation, compliance and administration.
Ability to develop and drive continuous process improvementsMeticulous attention to detail with a focus on providing quality outcomes for our internal and external clientsStrong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn multiple applications and HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and extract data effectively from themAbility to independently research, thoroughly comprehend, and effectively communicate complicated tax and compliance issuesAbility to work with a wide range of departments to effectively achieve excellent outcomes for our company our our clientsPossess good judgment and the confidence to make sound decisions in the best interests of ProService, its clients and its staffPossess excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritiesWHY YOU'LL LOVE PROSERVICEOur PROhana.
