Senior HII SummaryHII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Training Manager to support our Hawaii based team and USARPAC customer! At HII-Mission Technologies, a Training Manager professional will work closely with a multi-domain intelligence analyst workforce and IC enterprise teams to lead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability development solutions that supports the USARPAC Pacific PED (PACPED) Center workforce, thereby ensuring optimal performance, professional workforce development, and growth.
This role will develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations, as well as support the collection of data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

What you will do Lead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability development solutions that supports the USARPAC Pacific PED (PACPED) Center intelligence analyst workforce, thereby ensuring workforce performance, professional development, and workforce growth Define and executing learning and development (L&D) strategies in collaboration with USARPAC PACPED leadership, senior leaders, and cross-functional talent stakeholders Design master L&D training plans and schedules for workforce development, including pipeline training plans and schedules for incoming analysts to the PACPED Manage curriculum portfolios of training development experiences, including new solution development and ongoing maintenance of existing assets Lead project teams and working groups, which may include development specialists, subject matter resources, delivery managers, vendors, and instructional designers and technical teams, to ensure the effective development and delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes Align project teams and stakeholders to implement highly effective and innovative L&D solutions, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and development in the flow of work Ensure compliance with DoD and U.

Army regulations, policies, and guidelines related to Continuing Professional Education and quality requirements Build, manage, and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among all key stakeholders and internal and external L&D training providers Provide functional area expertise for multi-domain intelligence missions and operations to identify, research, and resolve complex L&D problems Attend ongoing L&D-related training conferences, symposiums, and events in order to understand latest L&D strategies for workforce development, performance, and growth What we are looking for 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Ability to set individual/team priorities and plan to complete tasks and organizational objectives Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Knowledge of L&D best practices, processes, tools, standards, and methodologies Experience with the development and management of training plans and schedules Valid US Passport Clearance:
Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Bonus points for 2 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise training plans, and integration of plans into military intelligence operations 2 years of experience in conducting in-depth training needs assessments for military organizations Experience with planning and integrating commercial training resources into military intelligence operations plans 2 years of experience supporting USARPAC as a Training Manager or a mid-career Intelligence Analyst 4 years of experience supporting USINDOPACOM or USAPRAC Working knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in MOP/MOE metrics and trackers Physical RequirementsMay require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
