Experience:
A Systems Engineer, also known as lead systems analyst, a network engineer who can also program, or a software engineer who can also manage networks, is an IT professional who has experience in the following:
o Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
o Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
o Duties of a systems engineer typically include managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including:
o specification,o design,o coding,o testing and;o maintenanceRequirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
