Cyber Security Analyst with Security Clearance

The Cyber Security Analyst performs assessment and authorization coordination, advises and assists the customer with RMF, and develops a Plan of Action and Milestones for resolving network deficiencies.
Job Duties / Requirements:
- Analyze, evaluate, and build an authorization roadmap for new SIE networks and systems.
- Develop and maintain supporting documentation for new networks, systems, and technologies as they are introduced into the SIE.
- Develop and review the cybersecurity posture of SIE networks, systems, services, devices, hardware, and major applications.
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments of IT and IS for authorization; prepare risk assessment reports in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify, assess, and advise on cybersecurity control compliance, vulnerabilities, and risks.
- Assist customer with the enforcement of connection standards for networks and systems.
- Ensure timely notifications are made to responsible individuals and organizations to prevent lapses in accreditations and POA&Ms.
- Validate the patching of systems, perform validation scanning, develop Plans of Action & Milestone (POA&Ms), and report as directed by applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and implement information laboratory specific security policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with DoD regulations.
- Collaborate with other Enclave ISSM, departments and stakeholders to ensure the security of the laboratory information systems, including coordination with other security managers, system administrators, and IT personnel.
- Develop and implement required processes, procedures, and capabilities to mitigate vulnerabilities and weaknesses for software and hardware deployment.
- Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Knowledge of Compliance Scanning tools (ACAS, BASS, PCAT and SCC) and eMASS.
Certification:
Technical IAM Level II or above as defined by DODI 8570.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
