This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims for distributor claims and warranty coverage and provide our dealerships assistance with dealers claims processing.

Responsibilities:
Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer's guidelines Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer's claim system Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment Stay abreast of all warranty policies, warranty claims procedures, and warranty claims systems Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent A.
S.
Degree in Automotive or related field preferred Minimum one year of automotive experience performing clerical, service writing, or mechanical work Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ten-key Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines Excellent organization and analytical skills with strong attention to detailJob Title:
