The Beauty Advisor Enjoys Explaining the features and benefits of our merchandise in addition to DFS' service differentiators Providing accurate product and shop promotion information to the customers Selling to customer's needs and exceed customer's expectations Demonstrating product on clients' skin/face such as color cosmetics and skincare applications Engage and retain clients by building relationships to seek opportunities to grow sales in future oWorking in a fun, fast-paced environment.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be helping our mission by:
Selling- Delighting the customer with excellent customer service and educating our customer about the Estee Lauder Brand Floor and Product Presentation- Assists the team in the coordination and execution of all team merchandising activities, including inventory management, presentation quantities, promotional activities, and merchandise stock flow.
Teamwork- Enjoy working in a team environment; cooperatively with co-workers to accomplish sales and service objectives.
General-Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Able to work overtime hours when necessary.
