Should be knowledgeable in accounts receivable and Resident Trust.
Insurances ( Medicare, private insurances, Medicaid, etc.
) billing and verification of benefits & coverage as well.
Meet and greet with residents and/or families for completion of the Admission packets.
Collections Qualifications High school graduate or its equivalent is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous business office experience is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills are required.
Collections experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledgable in the Medicaid application process preferred.
