OfficeTeam has an immediate need for over 60 Customer Service Representatives to help with the cruise ships for a big project that could turn into a permanent part time position! Applicants must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, computer knowledge, professional appearance and a friendly attitude is a must. We also provide a one-time paid training. Please be sure to register by 4/11 to be considered! Customer Service Representatives will manage check ins, direct guests and provide excellent customer service. Job Duties: - Provide friendly customer service to guests - Manage check ins - Direct guests, as needed - Assist with any customer questions Job Requirements: - At least 6 months of customer service experience - Must have good communication - Excellent customer service skills (people person) - Previous convention or tourism experience is a plus!
