Temporary (5-months) Member of the network team supporting DISA GSM-O program. Responsible for the network components used on the program with specific responsibilities including but not limited to:
1) Evaluate system network requirements and make appropriate technical recommendations.
2) Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches to include: updating the IOS on Cisco devices, configuring Network Address Translation (NAT) tables, and configuring layer 2 and 3 routing.
3) Assist IA personnel regarding network security and SSP maintenance. Ensure that the network configuration meets all IA requirements.
4) Perform installation test and acceptance (IT&A) of network components.
5) Support/maintain/administer program networks and servers.
6) Perform day to day network engineering support of GIG services/networks.
7) Monitor network performance.
8) Support deployments as required.
9) Analyze proposed network design changes and provide network engineering, circuit design/engineering/modeling, and capacity planning advice.
10) Draft and/or submit relevant Implementation Request (IR) documentation to ensure changes are properly requested and tracked. 11) Populate, verify, and/or update Configuration Management Database (CMDB) systems to ensure current network configurations, and proposed changes, are properly documented.
12) Develop or analyze complex circuit migration or transition plans, identify issues and/or suggest appropriate changes.
Required Skills and Education

Proficiency with Cisco IOS, Cisco Prime Optical (or CTM/CTC), Juniper JUNOS, or other IP/transport specific management tools (EMS) and general practices.
Experience in remotely configuring networking or transport devices.
Basic Linux Administration or command line interface (CLI) and scripting skills.
Ability to map IP addresses and subnets for networking devices or ability to establish in-band/out of band management connections on transport devices.
Ability to interpret network topology diagrams and proposed device configuration changes.
Experience with DISA or U.S. Government service order / request fulfillment process - specifically Telecommunications Service Request / Telecommunications Service Order (TSR/TSO)
Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.
Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
