PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Specific requirements include providing the following tasks:
Attends meetings with potential and existing customers. Analyzes specific customer processes, determines and recommends the best fiduciary method to process contracts and address financial situations.
Meets with and consults with department heads on a regular basis regarding cost-effective and economical approaches, strategies and actions regarding department expenditures, projected future purchases and resource needs. Recommends specific actions to enable management to maximize budgetary allowances.
Develops and produces worksheets, reports and schedules in the area of budgetary outflows, purchases and monitor actual financial performance data for Government use. Submits reports on a regular basis to the Technical point-of-contact (TPOC).
Develops and produces accurate programmatic cost estimates utilizing generally accepted accounting principles and guidelines.
Provides technical services for all matters relating to program planning and execution, including utilizing CFMS to create and modify financial obligations/funding documents and audit accounting balances in CFMS, REMARKS and STARS-FL financial systems; utilizes RAPIDS for the entry and receipt of purchase card transactions; prepares reporting data and provides input in ABCM; audits inventory and maintains physical inventory records. Reports to the TPOC any deviations exceeding predetermined limits; analyzes data from the fuel management system and prepares charts and graphs for management.
Provides technical services in program, planning and scheduling. Performs technical programming inputs and assists in budget preparation including the preparation of annual spending plans and phasing plans on funding requirements.
Prepares, compiles and assembles statistical data into charts, graphs, worksheets and other visual forms of presentation. Prepares compiles and assembles on-going reports for the TPOC that are accurate and detailed. Tracks, calculates and reports execution status.
Prepares and processes a wide variety of funding documents including supply requisitions, purchase card buys, work requests, project orders, military interdepartmental purchase requests in support of 4 activities and 2 major programs in excess of $22M on a timely basis. Prepares supporting documentation and justifications for contracts.
The Contractor shall have a broad range of experience, skills and familiarity in assessing, analyzing, contributing, advising and recommending to N3 cost effective approaches to all aspects of financial programming, planning and scheduling.
Must have basic knowledge of: MSWORD, STRONG EXCEL, STRONG ORGANIZATION SKILLS, Strong Administrative skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
