Summary:
Your role will include assisting with scheduling, supervision of team members as well as with the day-to-day flow of one or more of the Store''s restaurant style service venues and supporting the overall regional venue vision. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members. You will work closely with the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader(s) to ensure smooth operation of the Team. DUTIES:
Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food.
All duties and responsibilities of Prepared Foods/ Venue Team Member
Help train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader
Establish and maintain a positive work environment that supports a high Team Member morale.
Supervise and delegate tasks to Venue Team Members.
Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
Support national, regional, and store programs.
Open and close department according to established procedures.
Oversee team and resolve difficult customer situations.
Determine break schedule and insure all necessary breaks are given.
Communicate team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year Prepared Foods experience or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Able to prioritize efficiently and delegate responsibilities.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Understand and communicate quality goals and ingredient information to customers.
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Proper handling of knives and other cutting equipment.
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
